Debra Atkinson

Wellness coach and fitness expert Debra Atkinson has helped 150,000 women “flip” their second half with the vitality and energy they want. She’s the bestselling author of You Still Got It, Girl: The After 50 Fitness Formula for Women; Navigating Fitness After 50: Your GPS For Choosing Programs and Professionals You Can Trust; and Hot, Not Bothered. Debra hosts Flipping 50 TV and the Flipping 50 podcast.

Debra has 35 years of experience in the industry, is an international fitness presenter for associations including International Council on Active Aging, IDEA, NSCA, Athletic Business, and CanFitPro. She is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) subject matter expert, and prior senior lecturer in kinesiology at Iowa State University. Debra is also founder of Flippingfifty.com and creator of the Flipping 50 Specialist Program for fitness professionals. She’s a frequent contributor at HuffPost, ShareCare, and other featured outlets and on the education advisory board for Medfit.org.

Andrea Austin

Andrea Austin started in the fitness industry in 1987 teaching high and low impact aerobics (wearing leg warmers and spandex). Throughout the years, she continued to teach part time while pursuing work in creative arts. She became a full-time personal trainer in 2001 and used her experience as a creative director and graphic designer to start her own personal training business, Andrea Austin Fitness. Following that accomplishment, she went on to team up with Chris Cronik to found BeatBoss and currently leads hundreds of people in life-changing workouts both one-on-one and in group settings. Indoor cycling is a true passion of hers and a great way to burn calories for anti-aging benefits. Since ‘87, Andrea has held numerous certifications in many methods with a base foundation certification through NASM.

When not motivating and educating others in the fitness industry, Andrea enjoys volunteering in animal rescue, getting two-hour massages, and spending time with her family. Andrea is also a National Physique Committee Judge, judging NPC Bodybuilding, Physique, and Bikini Competitions.

Leslee Bender

Leslee Bender, PMA, ACSM, ACE, NASM, Gray Institute, is the creator of the Bender Ball Method of core training and co-creator of Barre Above. She has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years and is now an international speaker and leader for fitness professionals. Leslee educates on the biomechanics of a safer method to train the body for a pain-free, functional life. She is a graduate of the Gray Institute, received the Fitness Commercial of the Year Award (2017), and was a finalist for IDEA Instructor of the Year (2010). Leslee is a lead trainer for Club Pilates, Rollga, Savvier and Activ Motion. Her new programming - The Ageless Body - launched in 2018.

Ashley Bishop

​Ashley Bishop was born and raised in British Columbia and spent the first ten years of her career working as a professional dancer in Vancouver, a choreographer for Wyndham Resorts in Cozumel, Mexico, and a featured performer for Carnival Cruise Lines. She is a certified ballet teacher (RAD), ACE-certified personal trainer, and AFAA/AEA-certified group exercise instructor. Now Living in Northern California, Ashley is a fitness instructor by day and ballet instructor by night. On weekends, Ashley travels the continent teaching a variety of workshops for fitness instructors. In addition, she is a continuing education provider for ACE, AFAA and AEA, an Aquatic Training Specialist for the Aquatic Exercise Association, a Zumba Jammer™ for Zumba Fitness®, and the fitness director for uforia studios.

Nina Carr

Nina Carr is a fitness professional and the creator of the group fitness program Fire Up GX™ that is offered exclusively at EoS Fitness clubs. She began her fitness career over seven years ago after battling depression and anxiety for a long period of time. Nina is a veteran FitnessFest presenter and has also presented at the AAAI/ISMA world conference. She is a partner with fitness apparel company SIX:02, as well as Topgolf and Westgate Entertainment District. In addition to presenting and creating, Nina also serves as the regional group fitness manager of EoS Fitness. She is a current member of AFAA, has been featured multiple times on television for fitness and motivation segments, is best known for being the creator of Fitness in the District in Glendale, AZ which brings over 500 participants weekly to work out and experience group fitness exercise.

Fabio Comana

Fabio Comana, MA, MS, NASM CPT, CES & PES; NSCA CSCS; ACE-CPT & HC; ACSM EP-C; USAW1; CISSN, currently serves as faculty of San Diego State University and NASM, is the scientific advisor for OrangeTheory, Core Health and Fitness, Stroops, and Turbostrapp, and the recent recipient of the IDEA China Innovator of the Year Award (2018). Previously with ACE, Fabio was the original creator of ACE’s IFT™ model and their live educational workshops. Prior experiences include Division I collegiate head coach and strength-conditioning coach, opening/managing clubs for Club One, and president of Genesis Wellness Consulting. He is a national and international presenter; media spokesperson and accomplished author.

Phil Donnelly

Phil Donnelly is the regional group fitness director of EoS Fitness Arizona. A competitive endurance athlete since 1981, Phil competes in marathons, ultras and triathlons regularly. He has been a certified group fitness instructor since 1995, and continues to pack classes on the EoS group fitness schedule.

Carolyn Erickson

Carolyn Erickson is the president and CEO of CE Fitness Consulting LLC and is a 34-year veteran of the fitness industry. From teaching classes and training clients to multi-unit health club management, Carolyn served as the district manager for sixteen 24 Hour Fitness locations in the San Diego area and the director of sales and business development for Jillian Michaels’ BODYSHRED. She is currently the national education sales director for Savvier Fitness and the education coordinator for Stroops. She is a master trainer for Jillian Michaels’ BODYSHRED™, GOFLO® Trainer, Barre Above™, Tabata GX, and Stroops®. Carolyn is also a consultant for the industry, supporting and improving fitness and group fitness programming within the facilities she helps as well as creating a better member experience, promoting staff longevity, and team building.

Chris Gellert

Chris Gellert, PT, MMusc & Sportsphysio, MPT, CSCS, C-IASTM, is the CEO of Pinnacle Training & Consulting Systems (PTCS), the creator of the Certified Post Rehabilitation Specialist (CPRS) certification, and 16 home-study courses. Chris has 19 years’ experience as a physical therapist, 20 years’ experience as a personal trainer, and 15 years as an experienced international presenter. He holds an advanced master’s degree in orthopedics & sports physical therapy from the University of South Australia, a master’s degree in physical therapy from Nova Southeastern University, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from SUNY Plattsburgh.

Ryan Glatt

Ryan Glatt’s passion for human health and brain health coaching began while studying at California Lutheran University, where he received a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. Through his continued education, he accumulated over 15 qualifications and certifications relating to human movement, nutrition, mindset, and soft-tissue therapy. This includes the Fellowship of Applied Functional Science with the Gray Institute, mentorships with the Institute of Motion, and the Anatomy Trains’ Kinesis Myofascial Integration Training.

After recognizing the absence in the discussion and application of brain health in the health and fitness industry, he began to feverishly study neuroscience and health technology. It began by recognizing that moving in “shapes” within space stimulated a more creative and engaging workout experience, instead of existing in the repetitive and linear movements that are all too common in modern exercise. He then began pondering the impact of cognitive engagement during exercise and physical activity, considering that movement and exercise put the brain in a state ideal for cognitive enhancement. This lead to the discovery of various techniques, methods, and technologies that improve brain function and health.

By joining forces with the Institute of Motion, acting on their faculty in the development of education in Cognitive Performance, and working with partners superior in neuroscience and technology, Ryan began to develop systems, techniques, and strategies around employing health coaching and human movement to customize integration cognitive performance programs for individuals and organizations.

Currently, Ryan is developing curriculum for the health and fitness industry on health neuroscience and coaching individuals toward optimal brain health. He continues to pursue education from the Amen Clinics, the NeuroCoaching Institute, the Neuroscience Academy, and others on the topics of brain health, behavior change, sleep science, breath work, coaching and mindfulness.

Angella Hamilton

Angella Hamilton is the co-founder & CEO of Simple Jane CBD Wellness Co. and creator of the Stretch, Rock & Roll with CBD class. Angella shares her extensive knowledge of CBD products and how to incorporate them into your daily lifestyle through local classes, events, and personal consulting. She has been a personal trainer and rehab specialist since 2003, and instructs at many five-star resorts and national conferences.

Leslie Harrington

Leslie Harrington, BA, Certified Yoga Therapist, E-RYT-500, CHC, CPT, is the owner of Iron Belle Fitness, providing on-site and corporate health and wellness programs in the Southwest. She is also a senior master trainer for YogaFit®. Leslie loves being able to combine her background as a Certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, ACE Certified Personal Training, E-RYT-500 and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) to help her clients find their way to their best health. She enjoys traveling the country for the world’s largest yoga teacher training school to help certify yoga teachers and continue their education.​

Joella Hopkins

Joella Hopkins is the vice president of group fitness for EOS Fitness with markets in California, Arizona and Nevada. Formerly the national director for both XSport Fitness and Gold's Gym International, Joella has over 25+ years of management experience in the fitness industry. She was also an international trainer for Les Mills for 10+ years and presented in BODYSTEP videos #74 and #83 in New Zealand. Joella has expertise in group fitness management, but has also held executive roles in club management, sales, operations, training and education. Joella has presented business workshops/seminars about group fitness and small group training, as well as instructed workout classes and education at many large fitness conferences in the US including IHRSA, Club Industry, SCW and DCAC. Joella currently lives in Solana Beach, CA and is a huge animal advocate.

Jeff Howard

Jeff Howard is a world-renowned fitness presenter and current promotional director of fitness at Milestone Baptist East in Louisville, KY. He has trained countless celebrities as the pioneer instructor at the Golden Door Spa, appeared on several national TV shows, and has lived in South Africa, Puerto Rico, and the United States. Jeff has starred in a multitude of fitness videos and educated fitness professionals at conventions worldwide for over a decade. Along his journey, he has also managed award-winning fitness programs for companies like Equinox (Chicago) and Virgin Active. Jeff is certified through ACE, AFAA, NASM and SCW and serves as group ex and aqua education/certification faculty for SCW Fitness.

Mary Irby

Mary is a Certified Yoga Therapist with IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) and an E-RYT 500. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 35 years. She completed her yoga therapy training in India, where she studied Thirumoolar’s Therapeutic Ashtanga Yoga. Mary is a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) and Certified Thai Practitioner (CTP). Her teaching style is highly influenced by her Thirumoolar lineage.

Mary holds a graduate degree in education from Colorado State University and an undergraduate degree from MTSU with a double emphasis, one of which is in health, physical education, and recreation.

Janice Jaicks

Janice Jaicks has been teaching water fitness since 1985 and training instructors in water exercise for over 20 years. She is the founder and CEO for FitnessFest Conference & Expo, AquaCon, and Desert Swim School, all of which have been in operation and incorporated since 1990. Since 1997, Janice has trained hundreds of instructors using her Aqua Progressions program (previously titled Water Aerobics 101). She is certified through AEA, ACE, AFAA and the Arthritis Foundation, and has enjoyed presenting aqua workshops for IDEA, SCW, AquaCon, and her own FitnessFest conferences. She is also the co-creator of Aqua Balance, a SilverSneakers-branded program that was developed over twelve years ago and is still used nationally by the organization. Additionally, Janice served as the fitness coordinator for Fitness Forum Health Club for more than a decade, and still teaches weekly water fitness classes and swim lessons at the facility. 

Sarina Jain

Coined as the “Indian Jane Fonda,” Sarina Jain is the creator of the original Masala Bhangra® DVD series. An AFAA-certified fitness instructor for over 28 years, she teaches classes ranging from step aerobics to total body conditioning and many more. She successfully moves, touches, and inspires people around the world with her knowledge and passion for Bhangra and Bollywood. Recognized as a global game changer, Sarina has over 15 workout videos under her belt with Masala Bhangra® classes offered in over 15 countries around the world.

Jain says proudly, “People fall in love with the beat of Bhangra and the exhilaration of Bollywood. The music combined with vigorous movements recreates the excitement of a celebration. June Kahn

June Kahn is an internationally recognized fitness leader and educator. She is the 2009 World IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year, founder of June Kahn’s Bodyworks™, Pilates rehab specialist & owner of Center Your Body Pilates in Louisville (Boulder), CO. With over 30 years of Pilates experience, June is best known for bridging the gap between classical Pilates and the fitness industry. June is special consultant to Curves International and an elite master trainer for Savvier Fitness. A published author and IDEA media spokesperson, she is an expert subject writer for the ACE exam, an affiliate of the PhysicalMind Institute, and serves on the program selection committee for ACSM.

Jason Karp

A competitive runner since sixth grade, Dr. Jason Karp quickly learned how running molds us into better, more deeply conscious people -- just as the miles and interval workouts mold us into faster, more enduring runners. This passion that Jason found as a kid placed him on a yellow brick road that he still follows all these years later as a coach, exercise physiologist, bestselling author of eight books and 400+ articles, speaker, and educator. He is the 2011 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year and 2014 recipient of the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition Community Leadership Award. His REVO₂LUTION RUNNING™ certification has been obtained by fitness professionals and coaches in 21 countries.

Stacey Lei Krauss

Stacey Lei Krauss is the creator of the mindful fusion program The willPower Method®; specializing in foot fitness since 2000. Transformative Arts and Reiki practitioner, she approaches her teaching through integrated sensory practices. Stacey Lei has represented the most prominent brands in the industry as a master trainer and program developer, including Schwinn, BOSU, Peak Pilates®, Nike® and Vibram FiveFingers®.

Len Kravitz

Len Kravitz, PhD, CSCS, is the program coordinator of exercise science and a researcher at the University of New Mexico, where he won Outstanding Teacher of the Year. Len was honored with the 2011 Distinguished Alumni Award from San Jose State University, the 2009 Canadian Fitness Professional’s Specialty Presenter of the Year, and was chosen as the American Council on Exercise 2006 Fitness Educator of the Year. He has also received the prestigious Canadian Fitness Professional’s Lifetime Achievement Award and is a 2016 inductee into the National Fitness Hall of Fame.

Stephanie Kreun

Stephanie Kreun, BS Exercise Physiology & Nutrition (SWIHA), has been in the fitness industry for more than 20 years as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and (most recently) Holistic Nutrition Wellness Coach. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable about the role of diet in healthy living and has worked with clients whose food issues span the entire spectrum. She has dedicated herself to helping people reach their nutrition and fitness goals by using her unique way of connecting and empowering each person to take control of their health. Stephanie has a contagious enthusiasm and passion for wellness that motivates people of all ages, takes the worry out of change and makes it sustainable. 

Connie Lagerhausen

Connie Lagerhausen has been an aquatic fitness professional, swim coach and swim instructor for over three decades and has been certified in all areas of aquatics. With her well-rounded background in swimming and aqua fitness, Connie specializes in aquatic personal training, private adult swim lessons, aqua aerobics, aqua running, aqua yoga, endurance swimming, and more recently Paddleboard Fitness and Yoga. Connie has also worked privately with several professional athletes for swim instruction and cross-training purposes. Connie is currently the Adult Aquatic Specialist for Desert Swim School and Sta-Fit Arizona Health Club and has spent the last several years developing unique adult swim programs for these companies. She is AEA-certified, 200 White Crow Yoga-certified, and has presented numerous continuing education workshops for FitnessFest, AquaCon and IAFC.

Michelle Lasiter

Michelle Lasiter, B.S. Biochemistry, M.S. Exercise & Wellness, has been a master trainer for Beachbody LIVE since 2014 and is an Arizona-based fitness professional. She created a signature format for Mountainside Fitness, as well as her own specialty programs as a Smash Bod Content Creator. A firefighter wife and mom of two young boys, Michelle asserts that fitness is her sweat therapy!

Robert Leadley

Robert Leadley’s love of fitness began at an early age. Born into an exercise-forward family, he was active in sports including running, basketball, track and field, as well as pursuing theater and dance at a collegiate level. A few years and many pounds heavier, Robert rediscovered fitness and dance and decided to pursue fitness instruction, especially in the rhythm cycle realm. After starting at a popular franchised cycling studio with five classes a week, Robert found BeatBoss. After the two-day BASIC certification, he felt home and is now proud to be a master presenter with BeatBoss, spreading the knowledge and fun to instructors around the nation. In addition to BeatBoss, Robert is currently acquiring his ACE group fitness certification and Zumba certification to keep pursuing his career in the fitness industry.

Jenice Mattek

Jenice Mattek, co-author of What Lies Beneath: The Under-Realized Effects of Breast, Abdominal and Pelvic Surgeries, specializes in educating and treating women post-surgery. Jenice is a licensed clinical massage therapist, occupational therapy assistant and an Integrative Movement Specialist™. Jenice’s mission is to create awareness of the impact these surgeries have on the body, such as chronic musculoskeletal tightness, pain, or digestive issues. She aims to educate women, empower them to take control of their symptoms, and take charge of their health care and their bodies so they can successfully return to the activities of life that they need, want, and love to do. Jenice is now spreading and creating awareness of these post-surgery symptoms by teaching other health and fitness professionals working with women post-surgery so they can educate and empower more women to take control of their bodies and health care choices.

Vee Mora

Vee Mora and Hilda Young are fitness professionals, motivational speakers for youth and adults, and the founders of EDM BODY FITNESS™. Together they have developed a new approach to fitness. Leading with positive vibes, empowerment coaching, and paired with the amped-up beats of Electronic Dance Music, their energetic dance party workouts bring a fresh method to getting fit on the dance floor. Featured on several television programs, Hilda and Vee are also passionate fitness advocates in the community. They are the creators of Family FitFest: an active health and fitness festival, as well as Family Fitness Nights: a weekly fitness series for families of all ages and fitness levels featured at OdySea In The Desert in Scottsdale. 

Tricia Murphy Madden

Tricia Murphy Madden is a 26-year veteran instructor and education director. She is the national education director for Savvier Fitness and the co-creator of Barre Above & the Weight Loss Challenge with over 85 master trainers and over 4300 trained instructors worldwide. For many years, Tricia was also the fitness director for Denali Fitness in Seattle, WA. She is the co-author and creator of a children’s book and fitness program The ABC’s of Exercise sold worldwide, sits on the IDEA Group Fitness Committee, and is known for her numerous programs developed over the past 26 years. Tricia was featured on Exercise TV and in numerous trade and mass media publications and has been the featured coach at countless corporate events. She has contributed and stared in 12 DVDs and has sold over 100,000 units to date. Tricia is certified through the American Council on Exercise and is faculty member for them as well. Additional certifications include Schwinn, AFAA, Balletone, Zumba, Keiser, and Core Power Yoga.

Bruce Mylrea

Bruce Mylrea, BA in Economics, is a certified in plant-based nutrition and a AFPA-certified holistic nutritional councilor. He spends hours a day reviewing the latest unbiased nutritional research and is focused and passionate about educating others on the life-enhancing and life-extending benefits of whole food plant-based nutrition. Bruce is the 2017 SCW Male Presenter of the Year and the 2017 CanFitPro Life Time Achievement Award recipient. Bruce and his wife Mindy have worked together for 11 years in the fitness and wellness industry and present both fitness programming and nutritional education together.

Mindy Mylrea

Mindy Mylrea is the 2017 CanFitPro Life Time Achievement Award recipient, 2016 Empower Instructor of the Year, 2015 PFP Trainer of the Year, 2015 International Presenter of the Year, 2013 CanFitPro Specialty Presenter of the Year, 2008 ECA OBOW Fitness Presenter of the Year, 2004 CanFitPro International Presenter of the Year, and 1999 International IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year. She is also a national and world aerobic champion, a 361-sponsored athlete, and a five-star presenter for IDEA.

 

Mindy is an advisory board member for Oxygen Magazine, an international presenter, author, motivational speaker, video personality (starring in over 500 instructional videos to date!), and CEC provider for both ACE and AFAA. She is the creator and lead talent behind Gliding, Tabata Bootcamp, and the non-profit One Day to Wellness program. She is a master trainer and on the pro development team for Schwinn Cycling, Body Bar, and BOSU. 

 

Mindy is the mother of three boys, has been married for 37 years, and lives in a fruit and veggie covered RV that travels the world to spread wellness with her husband, Bruce.

Danielle O'Reilly

Danielle O’Reilly has an extensive background in K-12 physical education, but truly loves working with youth and adults alike. Cooking and music light up Danielle’s heart when she’s not leading classes, but ultimately she is passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals. Danielle’s philosophy for unleashing the permission in others to ROCK is to lead by example. She believes that if you offer energy, enthusiasm and an open heart to class participants, they’ll do the same.

Evan Osar

Evan Osar, DC, CMT, PES, CSCS, is an internationally recognized speaker, author and expert on assessment, corrective exercise and functional movement. Audiences around the world have heard Dr. Osar’s dynamic presentations. He has authored Corrective Exercise Solutions to Common Hip and Shoulder Dysfunction, Functional Anatomy of the Pilates Core, The Psoas Solution and Amazon #1 Best Seller The Pain-Free Exercise Blueprint. Dr. Osar has also developed the industry’s most advanced training certifications: Integrative Corrective Exercise Instructor™ and Integrative Movement Specialist™. With his wife Jenice Mattek, he created the Institute for Integrative Health and Fitness Education™, an online educational resource for the health and fitness professional that specializes in working with the general and older adult populations.

Samantha Parker

Samantha Parker served as the first Chief Yoga Therapist for the Department of Defense at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, treating United States and NATO Special Forces who are suffering from poly-truama, traumatic brain injuries, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She researched, developed, and managed the first yoga program addressing Kinesiophobia to reduce chronic pain, opioid medications, improve soldier function, enhance readiness, and help soldiers return to active duty status. The founder and CEO of Neoteric Movemet Systems®, creator of YoMo®, and bestselling author of Yoga for Chronic Pain…WTF?, Samantha speaks, trains, and develops programs on emerging yoga therapy and functional movement practices that are designed for medical providers and leading military and government officials. She currently resides in Washington, D.C. and works for the U.S. government.

Aly Purdy

Aly Purdy received her first personal trainer certification nearly 20 years ago and has been training consistently for the past decade. She is a former group fitness director and currently runs her own o line training program called Arete Fitness. Aly is passionate about helping people become strong, healthy, and the best version of themselves. She runs her own programming at the Golds Gym in Kaysville, Utah and is working to incorporate her training programs in four other clubs in the Utah area. Additionally, she is helping other trainers run similar successful programs to help their clients achieve their best selves. Her message is simple but powerful: excellence in oneself.

Sarah Reed

Sarah Reed has been training civilians, law enforcement and military in Krav Maga self-defense, weapon defense, fitness, stand up and ground fighting since 2001. After 14 years with a Krav Maga Worldwide Regional Training Center, Sarah began teaching independently and became an instructor of the American Women’s Self Defense Association. She is passionate about providing effective, practical and realistic self-defense training, and will not minimize or judge any fears or doubts one might have about learning self-defense. Sarah’s focus is on teaching techniques properly in a positive, fun and empowering way that will help you exist more safely in this world and provide you with more confidence to show up powerfully in every area of your life!

Mike Rickett

Mike Rickett is a nationally recognized health and fitness trainer of the trainers, fitness motivator, author, certifier, and educator. He received his MS in Exercise Physiology and BS in Psychology from Colorado State University, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Special Populations Specialist (CSPS), as well as a Recognized Certified Personal Trainer Emeritus (RCTP*E). In addition, Mike was the 2017 NSCA Personal Trainer of the Year. He has been a personal trainer in the Northern Colorado area for more than 35 years, and a member of AAAI/ISMA’s fitness faculty for over 20. Mike is also a member of the National Speakers Association.

Dan Ritchie

Dan Ritchie, PhD, is a recognized leader in exercise programming for older adults and was honored with the 2014 Personal Trainer of the Year award by Personal Fitness Professional (PFP) magazine. He is the president of the Functional Aging Institute, author of the best-seller Never Grow Old, and has decades of experience in the fitness industry in training and management that has included commercial, non-profit, hospital and university-based facilities. During his career, Dr. Ritchie has worked successfully with Division I athletes as well as with special populations including post-stroke, Parkinson's, Fibromyalgia and Alzheimer's. He is also the co-owner of Miracles Fitness, a one-on-one and small group training facility specializing in mature clients.

Matt Segawa

Matt Segawa, BS Kinesiology/Exercise Science, ACE Health Coach, NSCA CSCS, ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist, is the fitness manager for LifeStart Wellness Network. As head of the corporate fitness center, Matt serves his clientele in personal training sessions, small group training, and various group exercise classes (HIIT, cycling, mobility, etc.). His professional focus is to improve  movement quality and biomechanics with clients, as well as educate people on how to feel better and enhance their workout experience.

Aileen Sheron

Aileen has been an innovator and fitness entrepreneur for decades. She has presented all over the world, and for IDEA for 27 years, specializing in choreography, myofascial release, equipment-based resistance programming, and much more! President of Good Natured Products Inc., she is the inventor of the patented OmniBall®, as well as other products, and consults on product and program development for some of the biggest names in fitness.

Jacquese Silvas

Jacquese Silvas, MAEd, BSBM, international presenter, published author, and speaker has been in the fitness industry for 25 years. She is the owner of JACS Figure On Fit, a successful Arizona fitness boutique. Additionally, Jacquese teaches health and PE classes part of the year, acts in various roles to affect strong communities, is a certified personal trainer and group instructor, and a master trainer for MASHUP®, Tabata Bootcamp™, and Fluid Strength. Her favorite role is being able to make impacts on communities: her love for this industry and the connections she’s made to so many people. She believes that the fitness profession is a reciprocal process of love, inspiration, and empowerment.  

Wendy Stoeckel

Wendy Stoeckel’s lifelong passion for fitness began when she was 12, taking group fitness classes with her mom. A CPA and real estate finance geek in her “big girl” job, Wendy is also a music and indoor cycling junkie at heart. After teaching multiple group fitness formats part-time for over 15 years, Wendy was offered an opportunity to teach rhythm-based Studio Cycle format classes. She was thrilled to attend a BeatBoss Indoor Cycling Certification to learn the purpose behind rhythm-based riding and safely incorporating multi-planes of motion inspired by road, mountain, and BMX biking.

Wendy notes that BeatBoss’s all-encompassing education regarding music, data-driven technology, riding the beat, proper cueing, and the purpose behind the movements were what set the program apart from others she had previously taught. After teaching BeatBoss, attending certifications, and participating in advanced/private coaching sessions, Wendy’s confidence as an instructor and class participation grew significantly. She was inspired to become a master presenter-in-training and believes wholeheartedly in the BeatBoss mission to create a game-changing fitness family that is all-inclusive, leading with positivity, and providing on-going support. Additionally, Wendy is an ACE-certified group fitness instructor.
