Sports conditioning continues to be a popular trend
in our industry, but concerns exist with the appropriateness
of many of these programs. Efficient three-dimensional
movement is critical to exercise and athletic success,
yet many of us are not aware of the mechanics involved.
We MUST first understand basic movement before introducing
more advanced movement patterns or sports conditioning
drills to avoid risk of injury to our clients.
Join us and learn key mechanics of primary movement
and how to implement sports conditioning drills into
your sessions. In this session you will learn the integrated
roles of muscles in movement and fun tri-planar drills
to effectively prepare the body for more advanced exercise
and sports conditioning drills.
Regardless of your training level or experience, this
course will improve your knowledge of movement and skills
in leading sports conditioning drills.
